However, based on my observations, most times we need something awful to happen either to ourselves or someone around us to kick us into action. It's really sad, especially for me, since I really believe in insurance and I know what it can really do for families, and as I share it, I hit a brick wall. The problem is the inner conviction to take action. Many people have the "it will never happen to me" attitude and only regret after the fact. Strange thing is, some people have suffered loss, and still don't believe in insurance. I guess they think that "lightning never strikes twice...". Yeah, right.
